1/7/2024 0 Comments New 40 series gpu![]() ![]() NVIDIA Reflex, DLSS Frame Generation, and DLSS Super Resolution are all aspects of DLSS 3. DLSS 3, one of the most exciting features announced with the RTX 40, is exclusive to the RTX 40 series. ![]() The RT-TFLOP performance of these next-gen RT cores is enhanced by up to 2.8 times due to their increased ray-triangle intersection throughput. NVIDIA has used its third-generation Ray Tracing cores, improving their stellar performance. The GPUs of the 40 series are the newest generation and have updated Ray Tracing with Tensor cores. The result is a 25% boost to frame rates when playing games and up to double the shader performance. They have used a new technique called Shader Execution Reordering to organize the ray tracing workload better. NVIDIA has included several innovations in the 4000 Series to use these cutting-edge processor cores. This revolutionary architecture of the 40 Series GPUs gives them a significant performance boost, making games more intense and other content much faster for gamers and creators. NVIDIA has released its Ada Lovelace RTX architecture, the third version of its RTX architecture, to power this next generation of GPUs.As well as the new graphics cards from Nvidia, including their availability and price, right here. So, make sure to get the latest information on the Ada Lovelace architecture. We will discuss this further in detail later in this article. Nvidia has introduced many brand-new GPUs for their 40-series headline GeForce RTX graphics cards, which include:įurthermore, the new RTX 40 Series, which utilizes Nvidia’s cutting-edge 4nm Ada Lovelace architecture and Nvidia’s massively improved DLSS 3.0 technology, provides a significant performance increase of 2- to 4-times over the flagship RTX 30 Series GPUs. Perhaps that means finding a new graphics card won’t become too hard. The best graphics cards for gaming have been notoriously difficult to get a hold of in recent years, but with this new generation of cards, we are hoping they might be more accessible. Now that they are here, everyone is eager to get their hands on this brand-new technology and discover what they offer. We’ll be covering CES 2024 live as it happens, so stay tuned to make sure you don’t miss Nvidia’s announcement. There has been much anticipation for the official announcement of the Nvidia GeForce RTX 40-Series Graphics Cards. ![]() If we can see the existing RTX 4070, RTX 4070 Ti, and the RTX 4080 drop in price thanks to the refresh, that alone will be a good thing. Nvidia’s pricing has been on a worrying upward trend, which doesn’t bode well for the next generation of GPUs. Regardless of the specs, the RTX 40 Super lineup might serve one important purpose - it should help the prices of some GPUs go down. The RTX 4070 Ti Super (as a side note, that name’s always going to be a mouthful) would see the greatest boost thanks to the jump from 12GB to 16GB VRAM, while the core count boosts are mostly minor. Those specs mark an increase over the non-Super cards, but not a massive one. The RTX 4070 Ti Super is said to sport 8,448 CUDA cores and 16GB VRAM, while the RTX 4070 Super might have 7,168 cores and 12GB VRAM. Some rumors pin the RTX 4080 Super as featuring 10,240 CUDA cores and 16GB of GDDR6X memory across a 256-bit bus. Other leaks suggest that the RTX 40 refresh will be a minor upgrade, with all cards sticking to their respective chips and maxing out the remaining core counts. However, it’s best not to put much stock in these assumptions. These changes would unlock far more cores, an increase in VRAM, and a larger memory bus for both cards. The RTX 4070 Super was said to be getting upgraded to the AD103 chip, which is currently utilized by the RTX 4080. Sources claimed that Nvidia might shake things up, upgrading the RTX 4080 Super to the AD102 GPU (which is the flagship chip found in the RTX 4090). Initially, it seemed like Nvidia might deliver a sizeable upgrade with the RTX 40-series refresh. I’m scared of next-gen Nvidia GPUs, and you should be too ![]()
